(Prague, 3 September 2021) In the second quarter of this year, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority inspected compliance with legal regulations in the offer and provision of services related to the conclusion of energy supply contracts. It completed two inspections during this period and found that in one case the trader had misled the consumer and provided false information, which may lead the consumer to make a decision that they would not have made otherwise.
