(Prague, 18 September 2023) In the second quarter of this year, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority inspected whether traders in the domestic market comply with Act No. 65/2017 Coll., on Health Protection against the Harmful Effects of Drugs, Act No. 307/2013 Coll., Compulsory Labelling of Alcohol, and Act No. 353/2003 Coll., on Excise Duties. It found non-compliance with obligations in this area in 115 cases, in 111 of which the Act on Health Protection against the Harmful Effects of Drugs was breached.
