European Consumer Centre Czech Republic (ECC) provides information about consumer rights in the European Common Market. It assists and advises consumers in their disputes with merchants from other countries of the European Union, Norway and Iceland.

The buyer’s rights, or the corresponding responsibilities of entrepreneurs during the manufacture, import, distribution and sale of products, can be found in a range of special legislation related to the specific commodity or to certain properties of the product, etc.
