(Prague, April 13, 2016) During monitoring of the market with electric products the Czech Trade Inspection Authority detected a product which poses a risk of injury. A professional analysis showed that the pitch and proportions of plug pins don’t comply with a Czech technical standard. During the use of this light with unsuitable AC adapter there is a threat of injury by electric current caused by careless touch of any part of consumer’s body with the cord ending. After further distribution was prohibited and the light was withdrawn from distribution, it was notified into the system RAPEX, ref. No. A11/0010/16.
