(Prague, August 22, 2012) Controls of various seasonal actions and sales have been carried out for several years and the CTIA inspectors have repeatedly found that for more than one third of the inspected persons it still is a problem to positively inform the consumer about the action price or the price after discount and to bill these prices correctly. During the second quarter of 2012, the CTIA checked 753 points of sale where goods for action prices was offered or where sales actions were held and it found breaches of one or more obligations in almost 40% of cases.
